Join us for a community 5km or 10km fun run along the beautiful Sea Point Promenade on Sunday, 27 September 2026! All proceeds go directly to St Joseph's Children's Hospital, a Cape Town paediatric step-down and rehabilitation facility supporting children on their journey home after hospital care.
Whether you're chasing a new PB or just here for a good cause and a great atmosphere, there's a distance for everyone. Enjoy post-race treats and coffee vouchers from Norfolk Deli, a medal at the finish, and prizes for top finishers in each race.
Bring your friends, your running club, or your whole family - every entry helps fund vital rehabilitation care for children who need it most.
