CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
4km Fun Run/Walk: Entries will be taken from 06h00 until 08h30 at the registration hall on race day. R30 fee is payable. Registration, start and finish are at the school grounds. Time limit of 1:30mins.
The Race will be run on 17th June 2017 under the auspices of Boland Athletics and according to the rules of the ASA. Competitors must run in club colours with a 2017 license number or a temporary number displayed on their vest. Athletes must complete a race card and hand it back on completion of their race to obtain their finishing time and position. Numerical age category tags must be worn on the runner's front and back in a visible position to qualify for age category prizes. All competitors must abide by the rules, regulations and instructions given by officials. Non-compliance may lead to disqualification.
There are no refunds
The organizers take no responsibility if route markers have gone missing thus leading to confusion for runners - circumstances will be thoroughly investigated
Substitutions will be accepted
The Race will take place regardless of bad weather and will only be cancelled, re-routed or stopped for reasons of safety. In such cases, results will be issued at the discretion of the organisers
All photographic or video material of participants made by the organisers or their assignees during any activity deemed to be part of the Patatfees Road Run, shall be free for use by the organisers in any matter relating to the event at any time in the present or future.
First over the line wins
Riders must be in attendance at the prize giving or forfeit prizes
