LEARN HOW TO CONQUER THE GRIND OBSTACLES WITH ANELE BANS
We have had many people ask if they can practise on the Grip Rig. So we are opening it up for a special coaching session by the creator of the Obstacle and Elite Obstacle Racing athlete - Anele Bans
On 16 June Grind Obstacle course race owner, elite athlete and Grip Rig creator will be hosting a private training session to teach you the technique behind some of the most feared Obstacles at our events.
You will start the morning with a private batch run at Runstacle starting at 8:45 you will run the course with Anele as a group and you will stop at the following obstacles to focus on the technique on each one:
The 7ft High Wall
The Weaver
The Rope Climb
The Grip Rig
What do you get?
- Runstacle - 10 Obstacles - 3.5km Fun Run to warm up
- Two hour open coaching session covering technique on the following Grind Obstacles: The Grip Rig, High Wall climb, Weaver and the Rope Climb
