Entry requirements
Participants have to be trail running fit, carry the stipulated equipment and be over the age of 18
Compulsory gear PLEASE ensure you have this. There will be a kit check at the pre-race registration

Substitutions are allowed up until 17 OCT, an admin cost thereof will be R50.
