The Choice Tours Multisport Bus will again provide a shuttle service from the King Shaka International Airport to the start of the 2019 KAP sani2c (Glencairn farm), as well as from the finish (Scottburgh High School or the Blue Marlin Hotel) back to the airport.

Bookings close on the 10th of May at midnight. For any last-minute bookings thereafter, contact Steven on 073 737 0163.

The shuttle will run at the following times:

King Shaka Intl Airport to Glencairn
13 May - 15 May 10:00 and 13:30 departures

Scottburgh to King Shaka Intl Airport
16 May 14:00 and 16:00 (Scottburgh High School departure)
17 May 09:00 (Blue Marlin Hotel departure) 14:00 and 16:00 (Scottburgh High School departure)
18 May 09:00 (Blue Marlin Hotel departure) 14:00 (Scottburgh High School departure) Please note there won't be any 16:00 shuttle this day.
19 May 06:00 and 09:00 (Blue Marlin Hotel departure)

Check-in Times
Passengers are requested to report at the coaches 30 minutes before Departure time, to make sure that they are ready for timely departure.
Collection point for the King Shaka Airport to Underberg shuttle is at the Coach terminal, towards the right of the Airport (upon exiting luggage collection), past the Post Office, next to the Police station.
Collection point for the Scottburgh to King Shaka Airport shuttle all 14:00 & 16:00 shuttles depart from Scottburgh High School and 06:00 & 09:00 departures from the Blue Marlin Hotel.
Choice Tours and it subcontractors cannot be held liable for delays, resulting from airline (or other transport mediums) bicycle and personal luggage logistics.


Airport Meet and Greets
Meeting signs / Welcome boards with "CHOICE TOURS Multisport Bus - sani2c shuttles" will be displayed at strategic points.

Product Prices
All prices are subject to adjustment in the event of any changes imposed by our individual principals, or in the event of any change in Value Added Tax, fuel prices or other statutory increases. Once full payment has been received, no adjustments will be made to the price.
All prices will increase by 10% on the 13th of April 2019.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing to email address: [email protected] and will be effective on the date of receipt in our offices. Cancellation fees will be confined to those cancellation fees levied by our principals.
In general terms principals raise the following cancellation fees:
  • All cancellations will carry a 5% charge on the cancellation amount up to 3 weeks prior to your departure date.
  • 20 to 10 days prior to your departure date, 25% of the service to be rendered will be charged.
  • 9 to 5 days prior to your departure date, 50% of the service rendered will be charged.
  • Less than 5 days prior to your departure date, 100% of the service to be rendered will be charged.

Insurance
We strongly advise all participants to purchase insurance for protection against cancellation charges, personal accidents, medical expenses and baggage.

Responsibility and Liability
In issuing tickets or coupons for travel or transport by any means CHOICE TOURS is acting merely as agents for the Administrations, Companies, Corporations or persons providing or offering the means of travel or transport. It will accordingly accept no responsibility or liability in respect of either person or property for any loss, damage, injury, delay or irregularity however occasional, sustained or suffered in or during any passage, journey, trip or in connection with the carrying out of any arrangements made by or through it. CHOICE TOURS reserves the right to make, with or without notice, any variations or changes in the vehicles used for transportation, without liability for compensation to the customer. It will, furthermore, not be liable for any loss that may be incurred by any alteration, suspension or curtailment of services.
Baggage and personal belongings are carried entirely at owner's risk.

Luggage
Luggage is limited to 20kg per passenger + 1x bicycle.

Force Majeure
CHOICE TOURS and any of our suppliers and/or sub-contractors shall not be responsible for any loss or damage sustained by the passengers or for personal injury or death arising from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including by, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, war, acts of God, industrial disputes, civil strife, fire, flood, weather and political unrest.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any claim arising shall be subject to South African Law and you, your client and CHOICE TOURS agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Acceptance by the customer will be deemed to be acceptance of all the Terms and Conditions described herein.
The prices are valid for periods as specified and are subject to the availability of service at the time of effecting booking.
