Join Lifestyle Challenge at the venue where it all began in 2017- the charming Middelvlei Wine Estate, which is situated in Flamingo Street in Stellenbosch. With its breath-taking views overlooking the Bottelary Hills and upper reaches of Devon Valley, against the amazing back drop of the majestic mountains surroundings Stellenbosh, this trail run at Middelvlei, will give all runners a feeling of accomplishment.
Join us before/after the race for farmstyle boeretroos coffee @ R12.00 and braaibroodjies @ R25.00

Distance : 5km and 10km
Trail run costs : 5km – R120.00 and 10km – R150.00 (Distance measured appoximately)
Children 12 and under : R50.00
This is a timed event
Registration : 6h00 – 6h30
Late entries : R30.00 extra
Race briefing : 6h45
Start : 10km – 7h00 and 5km – 7h30
Prize giving :+/- 9h00

The timing for this event is done by LiveTime. You can either rent a timing chip armband for the duration of the run for R10.00 or purchase an armband for R50.00. This can be done directly from our online entries page or can be done on the day. Timing is compulsory for record purposes. All participants require an armband. Should you not be wearing the arm band , you will not be considered for placing or winning a prize. Tagging in time for placement is final as per records received form Entryninja and disputes on placing will not be debated.
Please note that the event will not be cancelled in the case of bad weather or any other circumstances that are out of the organisers’ control. No refunds will be given if you decide to not take part for any reason.
All participants enter this event at their own risk and it is compulsory for all participants to complete an indemnity form.
Organisers and other entities involved in this event will not be held accountable for loss, injuries or damage of any kind.
