New Demacon Max Wax MTB Series in Mpumalanga
Mountain bikers can look forward to an exciting new MTB series in Mpumalanga in 2019. The Demacon Max Wax event features 3 events in various superlative locations across the Lowveld and a fourth in the undulating hills of Dullstroom. Cyclists will be spoilt for choice with a wide range of tracks suited to seasoned and new mountain bikers, with every event offering its own thrills and challenges.

Friday - @ Race Venue (Dullstroom on the Dam) from 16h00-18h00 (Credit Card, Cash, Zapper & SnapScan)
Saturday - @ Race Venue (Dullstroom on the Dam) from 06h30-Race Start. On the day entries available at R50 extra (Credit Card, Cash, Zapper & SnapScan)

Permanent Raceboard/ Custom Race Board
(orders on custom race boards will close on 15 April 2019)
Use our normal entry process to order your race board online, select your "race board type" (Normal Numbered or Customised Raceboard) under the distance field and use the "Club name" field if you would like a nickname other than your First name & Last name.
Power to Weight (P2W)
The winner will be calculated based on the ratio of their weight to their completion time
- You have to enter the P2W to qualify
- All P2W riders will be weighed before the race with their bike
- P2W is only available on the 55km
Mountain Spring Spur Sprint Shoot out
The Sprint Shoot Out is a mountain bike lap race of 500m per lap.
- Winner takes ALL
- Start 12h00
- 3 laps of 500m
- Sprint Shoot Out NOW open to all riders
- Prizes to first male and female (R1000)
