Cape Cross Events
Cape Crusade is a 3 Day Mountain Trail Run through the beautifully rugged Hottentots Holland Mountain Range from the 16th to the 18th of April 2021.
The race is fully supported and the entry fee includes Tented Accommodation as well as 5 Star Meals.
Day 1: Villiersdorp to Grabouw Country Club: 23 km's
Day 2: Nuweberg to Grabouw Country Club: 25 km's
Day 3: Grabouw Country Club to Knorhoek Somerset West: 20 km's
Participants will be picked up in Knorhoek Somerset West on the morning of Friday the 16th and transported to the start in Vyeboom Villiersdorp. Safe parking will be provided at Knorhoek for the whole weekend.
The 3 days' routes are an epic mix of technical mountain trails, jeep track and forestry roads that are equally challenging as well as rewarding. Full route maps and profiles will be posted soon!
The race is run in the popular 2 man team format with Open Men, Open Women, Vets Men, Vets Woman and Open Mixed catagories.
Entries open September 2019. The cost is R4300 per person (R8600 per team). This includes 3 days of incredible trail running, transport from Knorhoek to Vyeboom, fully stocked waterpoints, tented accommodation, all delicious meals at Grabouw Country Club and an awesome event top.
