Nestled within a natural amphitheater shaped by the vertical cliffs of the spectacular Simonsberg Mountain, lies Vrede en Lust Estate – home to the wines produced and bottled by the Buys-family.

On the 30th of October the farm will be hosting there 1st annual Trail Run in aid of the Cancer Foundation. 

Runners will run through the vineyard on the slopes of the Simonsberg mountain and experience some of the most spectacular views on offer in the Paarl / Franschoek region.

The farm also acquired the professional services of Onsite Events, who manages the well know Run The Vines Trail Run Series, to mange the run on their behalf.

5km  -  R80  -  Start 8:15 am
10km  -  R100  -  Start 8 am
