There will be marshals at strategic places on the course for your safety.· There will be a race sweeper at each race that will run behind the last runner.· Registration will take place before the race where you must collect your race number and sign the indemnity.· There will not be a cut off time · The race will be timed.· The route will be clearly marked. It is the responsibility of the runner to follow the course markers.
Medals and Results:
Medals to all pre-entered finishers · Results will be made available on the race website after the event · If you are a Discovery member and you have an EntryNinja Account you can use your Certificate to claim Vitality Points!!
A prize-giving ceremony will be held at 20:00

The race will be timed by LIVE TIME electronic timing, a permanent race chip will be on sale. No chip, no time. The timing chip can be used at all LIVE TIME events. The permanent timing chip will help athletes miss the que as no registration will be required after the chip has been bought.

Cash prizes to the first 3 men and first 3 ladies only but lots of lucky draw prizes to all participants. Podium places will be allocated according to the results from the timing chips. You therefore have to obtain a chip to share in the prize money!!!
