Dream Team Warrior
There are a heap of #adventure races taking place all over the country at the moment. They are all super fun and provide you with a real challenge, but why not do it for a worthwhile cause?
South Africa is infamous for not providing athletes of all sporting codes with the necessary support to compete and excel on an international stage.
The Dragon Challenge - Pure Nutrition Series is an event designed to help underfunded athletes and sports teams in South Africa to raise enough funds to compete. It’s a short course with enough obstacles to keep you challenged.
There are three different divisions in order to make sure people of all different ages and categories can compete. These are listed below:
Age Groups
- Mini Me’s 6-12yr
- Juniors 13-17yr
- Seniors 18yr and up

| Route information | Take the N1 travelling towards the N4 Emalahleni, formerly Witbank highway. Take exit 145 to get onto the N4. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for N4/Emalahleni and merge onto N4. Continue on the N4 for roughly 17km and take the Take exit 18 toward Boschkop/Donkerhoek (toll gate of R10.00) once through the toll gate. Take a left turn onto the R964. At the stop take a right turn towards Bronkhorstspruit R104. Continue straight for roughly 6.5km and on your left will be the turn off from the main road, onto a dirt road. You will see signs for Misty Meadows. Continue with the dirt road for roughly 600m and the venue will be on your right. 25º 46’ 29” S, 28º 29’ 52” E |
