Summer at Val de Vie kicks off with the Cape Winelands Cross Country Run on 1 October 2017. The race starts and ends on the lush greens at the Val de Vie Pavilion Polo Field with a 2km, 5km and 10km distance on the pathways around the super estate. The run is easy and suitable for all runners and walkers – prams, children and dogs on leashes are welcome.
Explore the true natural beauty of the Paarl-Franschhoek Valley and the secure outdoor lifestyle offered by Val de Vie Estate. The course meanders past beautiful properties, vineyards, stables, parks and the Berg river.

After the race, invite your family and friends for a spectacular day out at the Val de Vie Market where there will be activities for the kids, live entertainment and a gourmet food truck area with a fantastic range of food and drinks on offer.
*Entry and parking fee of R50 per car charged on the day (not applicable to runners)
**Pre registration 30 September at the Val de Vie Lifestyle Centre from 14:00
*** T-shirts for the first 100 entries, medals to all who finish
