If you are looking for a reason do the Cape Town Cycle Tour 2018, why not look to the thousands of animals who suffer at the hands of cruelty every day. You can do it for the love of animals by riding as part of Team SPCA. We have guaranteed entries into the 2018 Cape Town Cycle Tour – all you have to do is sign up and pledge to raise R2500 
This amount will include your race entry, a good quality, funky cycling shirt kindly sponsored by Ultra Dog and Bayer, as well as a few exclusive extras. Most importantly, every pedal push, hill, and all the tears and sweat will be worth the pain for the happy barks, purrs and wagging tails of the less fortunate animals in our care.
- The first 50 cyclists to register and pay deposit of R800 will each receive a SPCA branded heart shaped pet food bowl
- In addition our top fundraiser will be awarded a Suunto Ambit3 Sport GPS watch kindly donated by Suunto and cycle glasses donated by Bondiblu!
- Our 2nd top fundraiser will receive a pair of cycle glasses kindly donated by Bondiblu and a pre- race bike service, a bike water bottle and a tubby bag sponsored by Olympic Cycles.
- Our 3rd top fundraiser will receive a pair of cycle glasses kindly donated by Bondiblu.

TEAM SPCA costs
Each TEAM SPCA cyclist agrees to raise a minimum of R2 500 for the Cape of Good Hope SPCA. This amount includes the Cycle Tour entry fee, cycle shirt and the balance thereof will be a donation to the Cape of Good Hope SPCA.
Deposit and payment terms
A R800 deposit must be paid upon registration by all cyclists. The balance must be paid (either directly into SPCA bank account or through GivenGain by 13 January 2018 in order to secure your entry.
Cancellation fees:
If you cancel your entry before 31 October 2017, a 50% surcharge will be deducted from your deposit. Should you cancel after this date you will forfeit your deposit.
Team SPCA cycle shirts are manufactured by Racepace Sportswear and are made from birds eye moisture management material. The fabric is cool and comfortable to wear with a lateral stretch to ensure easy fit with no restriction on movement.

We would also like you to know that not only will your donation directly benefit the animals in our area but – through a sharing agreement between all SPCAs nationwide – a portion will be used in other, less fortunate areas to benefit animals over a wider area.
