Ladders, rock formations, views and mountains 20km route is challenging and has sections for every type of runner though it does tend to favor the runner who prefers technical climbs. Expect rocky sections , mountain climbs , winding through the forest and a few ladders in between. We have used some of the existing trails but have also added a few typical my road less travelled routes. The 13km route is also technical and has 6km of seriously technical section but also some nice flat runnable parts as well. The 20km and 13km both go right up to the top of the mountains and have breath taking views. Do not expect fast times but rather enjoy being out in the mountains . The 5km route is suitable for children that are supervised by parents and beginner athletes that want to take on a challenge. Please take note that the 5km is also a technical route there will be climbs up the mountain though you will not summit you will still have amazing views. You will also need to do a bit of rock hopping for about 2km of the route.
