Run The Vines #5  -  13 July 2019   -  Vrede and Lust

This will be our 2nd Run The Vines event at Vrede and Lust. Later this year we will again host the well known Pink Xtreme Run at Vrede and Lust as well..

Nestled within a natural amphitheater shaped by the vertical cliffs of the spectacular Simonsberg Mountain, lies Vrede en Lust Estate – home to the wines produced and bottled by the Buys-family.

Runners will run through the vineyard on the slopes of the Simonsberg mountain and experience some of the most spectacular views on offer in the Paarl / Franschoek region.

Under /12 - 3km Henties Junior Challenge -- Free - Start 8:45 Adults can accompany the kids at R50 per person.

5km Run The Vines  -  R100  -    Start:   8:30

10km Run The Vines  -  R120 - Start:   8:15

17km Run The Vines  -  R150 - Start:   7:45

Registration will be open from 6:30.

R30 Late entry fee.

Timing is free of charge. We use the Timing.mobi system.

There will be a dedicated safe keeping area to keep all your valuables. Please do not leave items such as handbags, cell phones and wallets in the car.
