Make a note on October 19, 2019, so as not to miss the Boshoff Visser / BVSA Family Prettrap in the picturesque Nuy Valley.

With three routes and also a built track for the young team, old and young can look forward to a day that can truly be enjoyed by the whole family.

• The 5km is a short route that is easy enough for elementary school children and their parents to enjoy together.

• For the somewhat more fit riders who want to stay longer on the stairs, there is still a relatively easy 16km route.

• The 40km route is an addition, especially for advanced riders.

There will also be freshly roasted coffee available.

5km - R50 online fee (08h15)

16km - R100 online fee (08h00)

40km - R150 online fee (07:45)

Late Entry fees:

5km - R60

16km - R110

40km - R160

Late entries can be done on the morning of the event 19 October 2019 from 06h00 to 07h00

Prizes to overall 1st, 2nd & 3rd on all routes (male and female)

Medals to first 100 riders in each category
