8:00     10 Km     R120  (loop run of 5km)  Please no walkers on the 10 Km

8:10       5 Km       R100   walkers welcome

No dogs allowed, not pram friendly

4 April 2020 @ Zevenwacht wine estate from 7:00  add R20 for on the day entries, (CASH only for on the day entries)

On line entries closes 3 April 2020 @ 11:00

 (Entries are limited to 250)

Timing chips (compulsory)

 Runners are required to collect their armbands (timing chip) on the day between 07:00-07:50am.  Please bring your own “entry ninja” armband if you have one.

Cash prices to the first comer for each race

Price giving: Start as soon as all runners/walkers finished but not later than 9:30

The route

Beautiful trail between the vineyards

Not suitable for prams

No dogs allowed

Bee hives along the road

1 Water point on route (please refrain from throwing the plastic between the vineyards)

There will be coffee, cappuccino’s etc for sale, something cold to drink as well as something small to eat

Live time will do the timing for this event, you will be able to submit this run for vitality points by getting your results on the entry ninja website. Please collect your timing chip on arrival or use your own entry ninja timing chip.

The old age home, the organisers or sponsors will not be held accountable for any loss, injuries or any damages what so ever.

In case of bad weather the event the event will go on.
