Just roll out of bed on 7 June. Stay in your pajamas and slip on your walking or running shoes.
Or your boots or platforms or stilettos … there are no rules here.
Take a look in the mirror. Are you wearing your wackiest pajamas? Make sure you do!
Because the Pajama WalkRun is the funniest 5 kilometers in South Africa … where everybody
rocks the starting line in their most awesome PJs.
REMEMBER: Sunday, 7 June is all about ‘cool attitudes and superstar selfies!’
What is it all about?
The Pajama WalkRun is a 5-kilometer lifestyle event designed to unite families and friends in love and laughter. To let your hair down and relax. To let go and “leave it all behind”. To act your inner child alongside your own children. To have fun and be in the moment. To JUST BE YOU in your jammies on a glorious Sunday morning in Gauteng.
The Pajama WalkRun is also in support of mental wellness. And walking or running for those loved ones in your life who struggle with mental illness. 10% of the profit goes toward funding the programmes and initiatives of the South African Federation for Mental Health – www.safmh.org.za
Who should run or walk?
Everybody ... from 5 to 85. All ages. All levels of fitness. Everybody who likes to have fun in the company of their favorite people. At one of the favorite chill-out spots in Gauteng: Riversands Farm, Riversands Boulevard, Fourways.
(The Riversands Farm Village Market has live entertainment on Sundays and many eateries and watering holes where you can gather and lounge after the walk-run; and secure, wide-open spaces for children to have fun all day long.)

From Tuesday, 2 June to Saturday 6 June 2020 at Riversands Farm, Riversands Boulevard, Fourways - just ask for the Pajama WalkRun collection point.
Dogs
Dogs walk for free. Note: they need to be pre-registered when you collect your number/s from 2 to 6 June at Riversands Farm.
