Route Information
60km:
The 60 km route is for experience riders - following the same route as the 40km splitting of at 30km mark from here riders go into area where humans seldom wander with beautiful rock formations - after 2nd waterpoint at 40km descending " Heartbreak Hill " into new single track section with fantastic view before reaching Brown Monster " at 47km into new amazing rock garden descent up " Lock se trek " into 12km single track to the finish.
Elevation - about 1407m
Waterpoint 1 - 26km
Waterpoint 2 - 40km
40km:
The 40km route is a fair test for the average rider - following the same route as the 22km before splitting of at the 15km mark - new climb and descent before waterpoint at 26km mark up " JB se bult " into 8km singletrack to the finish.
Elevation - about 917m
Waterpoint - 26km
22km:
The 22km featuring mostly single track with 1 technical climb and descent - crossing 2 A frames on the way.
Elevation - about 328m
No waterpoint

| Route information | DIRECTIONS FROM CITRUSDAL: 1. From Citrusdal take Paul de Villiers Str (R303) heading South. 2. Continue for 88km on the R303 (towards Ceres), then turn left towards Touwsriver. 3. Continue for 5 km, turn left (dirt road) 4. After driving 2,5 km turn left again, keep straight for another 3,5km. DIRECTIONS FROM CERES: 1. From Ceres head North on Vos Rd (R303) towards Op-die-Berg 2. Continue for 24 km on the R303, then turn right towards Touwsriver. 3. Continue for 5 km, turn left (dirt road) 4. After driving 2,5 km turn left again, keep straight for another 3,5km |
