The Self Excursion weekend is one of the four options to choose from seen that Ride the Karoo will not be able to take place on scheduled 12-14 February date. All guests will stay in Luxury Teepee tents therefor these weekends will be limited to a certain amount of riders. Not previously entered participants are also welcome to choose this option if there's still space available (First come first serve basis)

The weekend will entail accommodation at Fairview farm, Ride the Karoo merchandise entry, all meals from Friday dinner to Sunday dinner, water point parcels, well marked routes and route maps. You can enjoy the beautiful Karoo night sky, plenty of fresh farm air and a large bonfire in the evenings after your ride.

The weekend’s schedule will work as follow:

Friday 5 March

14:00-18:00 Arrive, check into your Luxury Teepee tent

14:00-19:00 You’re welcome to go for Day 1’s ride anytime between mentioned time slots

19:00 Dinner

Saturday 6 March

06:00-08:00 Breakfast

07:00-13:00 Enjoy your ride anytime between mentioned time slots

12:00-14:00 Lunch

18:00 Dinner

Sunday 7 March

06:00-08:00 Breakfast

07:00-13:00 Enjoy your ride anytime between mentioned time slots

12:00-14:00 Lunch

Beverages will be available to purchase throughout the weekend. All covid-19 Protocols will be followed and implemented.
