The Red Method Run has decided to go virtual. Come and experience the most unique obstacle race ever . From the luxury of your own home (or now at your gym) you can do the Red Method Run anywhere.
How does it work?
1. Enter the race by choosing either the Ultra Red (10km, 20 obstacles) or the Rookie Red (5km, 10 Obstacles).
2. Get your most creative outfit ready.
3. Follow us on all our Social media platforms to see what obstacles (functional exercises/adapted obstacles) you will encounter.
Get all your friends and family together and enjoy the 'gees' of this event. Prizes will be given to the most creative athletes
