About

It is a opportunity for all of us to RIDE our bikes or put on our RUNNING shoes!

No matter where you are in South Africa, you can participate!

There will be three distances to choose from, the RIDE: 5km, 30km, 60km ,  the RUN: 5km, 10km, 15km (or more if you're feeling like it).

It is FREE to enter the event!!

How does it work?

In order to participate all you need is to enter the event and be a registered user on the Strava training app. If you do not have strava, simply head over to the App store on your phone, download the app, register an account and you are good to go.

Simply record your ride or run on strava on your phone, or use your sports/fitness device, save and upload it and we will take care of the rest.

Those who do not have access to smart phone & Strava, please send us your results to be in the draw for the prizes.

When: 

14th & 15th of November 2020

Ride: 14th Saturday

Run: 15th Sunday

*If you not able to participate on the saturday or sunday, you are welcome to do both races on one day.

As long as you do the ride and run between the opening and closing date/time of the event.

Registrations open: 

Entries open on Tuesday, 27th October 2020

Registrations close: 

Entries close on Sunday, 15th November 2020 (midnight)

How do i know if i'm registered:

You will receive a registration confirmation email. If you do not contact [email protected]

Record my ride or run:

If you do not have a smart watch or device that is linked to your strava account then you will have to ride or run with your phone. Make sure your strava profile is marked as public and not private.  If it is marked as private, you will not get a result and with therefore not qualify for the prizes.

Distances:

If you want to ride or run further, you more than welcome to do so. As long as you complete the minimum distance 5,30,60km ride, or 5,10,15km run.

You are more than welcome to enter both, the ride and run!

Where, how can i ride or run:

As long as your activity is recorded on strava and uploaded on strava during the event window period and the minimum distances is covered.

You can ride or run anywhere on your own pace, time.

Results:

After the closing date of the event, you will receive a email from Entry Ninja to log/confirm your workout.

Final results will be available post event on the Entry ninja event page.
