The D4G Swartberg Extreme MTB day race will be the ultimate Mtb race to prepare your team or yourself for the 2021 Absa Cape Epic this year. 142km and 4500m of climbing, this is not for the novice rider! Included in your entry :

| Medical: | Riders that have had cardiovascular & respiratory illnesses in the past, as well as riders over 60 need to have a doctor’s clearance certificate that is not older than 3 months at registration. **All riders will need to complete the online Medical Questionnaire that will be send out 1 week prior to the event start** |
