Move for Invisible Disabilities:

This is your opportunity to make a difference no matter where you are in the world, and move for Invisible Disabilities.
It is our firm belief that every citizen, regardless of ability or disability, has the right to the most independent and meaningful life possible.
The vision of Langerugskool is to provide education and support to learners with specific learning needs.
These learning barriers may manifest as specific developmental delays, specific learning problems, which may or may not be complicated by Autism, Dyslexia, ADD or ADHD, visual or auditory sensory impairments, certain medical conditions, and physical disabilities.
All funds raised with our projects will have a direct impact on education and improving educational facilities for these learners as well as future learners to attend the school.

The goody bags must be collected from Langerugskool, 8 Distillery Rd, Worcester on 20 – 22 April 2021 8h30 - 16h00.

How does it work?
If you are a Strava user, remember to link your Strava profile. If you do not have Strava, simply head over to the App store on your phone, download the app, register an account and you are good to go. Simply record your ride or run on Strava on your phone, or use your sports/fitness device, save and upload it. Make sure your Strava profile is marked as public and not private. If it is marked as private, you will not get a result.
If you do not have access to Strava, please send your results manually to entry ninja support @ [email protected] including your Name & Surname, Distance, Time and Langerugskool as the email Subject.

This event supports team entries for certain classes. Team sizes range from 2 - 20 participants per team.

| Route information | A virtual race is a race that can be run (or walked) from any location you choose. You can run, jog, or walk on the road, on the trail, on the treadmill, at the gym or on the track. You get to run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself. There are no parking problems. No crowds. No long Porta Potty lines. There is no start gun or nervous, pre-race chitchat with other runners. There's not even an official starting line. That's the kind of flexibility offered by virtual races, a new trend in the running and cycling community. Runners who sign up for a virtual race register online and simply choose their own starting line, whether it's a treadmill or a neighborhood street. They run or cycle the race distance, upload your Strava Activity and match your results against others in the world |
