Join the RYC StrideTribe at four fun-filled RUN YOUR CITY (RYC) WARM UP RUNS powered by PUMA NITRO and celebrate unity and camaraderie as we prepare for the JOBURG 10K CITYRUN Virtual Edition, SA’s largest Heritage Day Celebration!   

The RYC Series running community will again be able to put the PUMA NITRO range to the test at four exciting 5km Warm Up Runs.

Consisting of four bi-weekly 5km runs that will start and finish at a designated venue in Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town, the RYC WARM UP RUNS powered by PUMA NITRO is free of charge. Runners do, however, need to sign up!

PLEASE NOTE:  The RYC WARM UP RUNS powered by PUMA NITRO are limited to 50 runners (per run/per city).  

EXCITING NEWS:  Spectacular prizes that will be up for grabs will include x2 pairs of PUMA DEVIATE NITRO Running Shoes (per run/per city) to the value of R4000.00 per pair, as well as other exciting PUMA spot prizes.

HOW TO ENTER

• Sign up for the RYC WARM UP RUN #2 powered by PUMA NITRO via the online entry platform  

• Each RYC WARM UP RUN is limited to 50 runners per city (Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg).  

• Runners also have the opportunity to participate virtually by registering for the Virtual Option on the online entry platform.

At the Warm Up Run:  

How to win:  To be eligible to be entered into the lucky draw, on the night at the RYC WARM UP RUN, participants must:

- Complete the 5km run.

- Collect a lucky draw ticket from the Demo Area.

- Be present at the time of the lucky draw.

- Share a runfie of yourself to the RYC Series social media platforms (per event).
