- Full Individual - R850 - 1000m Swim, 22km MTB, 7.2km run
- Full Team - R900 - 1000m Swim, 22km MTB, 7.2km run
- Sprint Individual - R690 - 500m Swim, 10.5km MTB, 4.2km run
- Sprint Team - R750 - 500m Swim, 10.5km MTB, 4.2km run
- Kids (12-14) - R150 - 200m Swim, 10km MTB, 3km run
- Kids (9-11) - R120 - 100m Swim, 5km MTB, 2km run
- Kids (6-8) - R100 - 50m Swim, 1.5km MTB, 500m run

Full Race - 08:00
Sprint Race - 09:00
