Can you handle the interference?

Hartspad Adventure Trails is the perfect location to kick off the first instalment of the Interference Run in South Africa.
This race was aptly dubbed "Farm Run", drawing inspiration from the immediate surroundings.
This working farm offers a 5km and 10km route with interference zones to test your
-agility
-strength
-endurance
-mental fortitude
-accuracy.

There will be a competitive batch (10km) followed by intermediate batches (+/- 5km), but be warned, whether you are a podium chaser or want to test your mental and physical abillity, you will be put through your paces.
An unique twist is our dedicated spectator route with interactive zones where you can be part of the fun and help create the "interference" while the athletes take on the race.
