Event Description:
Biggest most FUN obstacle Race in South Africa!
Legend Events invites all Western Cape schools to take part in the Legend Runner - Schools Challenge 2km Obstacle sprint, Friday 6 May 2022 at Faure Stadium.
Come out and make a statement with your school!
There are no limits on how many runners a school can enter, however participants MUST be between the ages of 7 - 18yrs.
The "Great Spirit" Trophy is up for grabs, everyone is encouraged to dress-up in their school colours or according to the theme, just have fun with it!

·Please bring a COPY of your paid entry confirmation to present at registration.
Late Entries:
Limited Late Entries will be available at registration. Parents/Guardians must be present to register students for the race. CASH | Card Payments Accepted
Entry Fees:
·Primary Schools (Ages 7 - 13 years): R120 per person
·High Schools (Ages 14 -18 years): R150 per person
Spectators are allowed in Faure Stadium @ R10 per person. Tickets will be available @ the gate on event day.
RACE START TIMES: (This is NOT an official timed event.)

·High Schools: 17h30
More Info:
- Participants can bring the following: Water bottles or hydration backpacks.
- Bag drop area will be available at this event to use at own risk. We have limited storage space. If/where possible, we suggest that groups put their belongings together in one bag.
- Showers will be available to use in the Stadium.
- Parking will be available around the Stadium, no vehicles are allowed to park inside.
- Participants receive a finishers medal upon completing the event and will then need to leave the event area/venue immediately.
- We encourage everyone taking part @ Legend Runner, to support the local restaurants in Paarl after the event.
- Event photos will be loaded onto our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/thelegendrunner after the event.
- Participants take part in this event entirely at their own risk. Legend Events, all sponsors and partners will not accept any liability for any injury, illness, or accidents occurring during or as a result of the event.
