Trail Fun
You Start at the TrailFun flags opposite the shaded grass area. Your first km is flat and easy as you head through the vines and around the dam. Your legs have warmed up, the air is cool - perfect running weather. You continue past the line of olive trees through the vines, zig zag across the farm to a bit of "off road" as you follow the pink and white flags up to the FNB tree (you'll see why it's called that.) The tree has the first 5km/10km split.
The 5km route is easy and safe.
The 10km route has built in hill repeats from the 2km mark to 5km mark. These are easy rolling hills to help you as you start your big race taper.
Race for Podium and Prizes
Enter the Group start to be eligible for podium and prizes. There are 2 Races :
- 10km Starting at 7.40am
- 5km starting at 8.00am
Registration for the 10km opens at 7.20 and 5km opens at 7.40
Looking for a Relaxed, easy run, choose the Individual Start.
You can skip the crowds and queue - arrive and start anytime from 7am to 9.30am ( you can even sleep in !) You still get an official time, medal - everything except the 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes. Best of all, you can go home with a bottle of wine you won at the lucky draw.
Sit under the cool trees with your free wine tasting as you wait for the prize giving and lucky draw to start at 9.30am. There are food and coffee trucks to take care of cravings and rumbling stomachs.

- 5km Registration starts at 7.40am to 8.00am
