TITAN EVENTS
The setup consists of 10 Strength Workouts with 500m running in between each workout. The strength workouts will be based off functional exercises targeting main movements.
In 2022 we are hosting the Hybrid event in four regions in winter. The top Athletes from each region will be invited to the National Championship which will be hosted at the end of the year.
Levels: Elite Men & Women | Open Men & Women | 40+ Men & Women | U/18 Male & Female
Prizes: Provincial Podiums -> To Be Announced | National Podiums -> To Be Announced

Elite Male & Female – Between 07:00 & 08:00
Open Male & Female – Between 08:00 & 09:00
U/18 Male & Female – Between 09:00 & 10:00
40+ Male & Female – Between 10:00 & 11:00
