The setup consists of 10 Strength Disciplines/Workouts with 500m running in between each discipline.
The Disciplines does not have any complicated movement standards and does not require any previous technical training to perform.
Our 10 Disciplines are aimed to simulate the foundational movements of ancient everyday life; pulling heavy objects, picking up and carrying a big rock, getting on the ground and back up, pushing large materials, climbing over things, crawling under an object with a weight etc. These are the roots of exercise, where it all started.
In-between each discipline you are required to run 500m before moving on to the next discipline. Adding a running element tests the ability to transition between functional strength and cardiovascular endurance.
In 2022 we are hosting the Hybrid event in four regions in winter. Top Athletes from each region will be invited to the National Championship which will be hosted at the end of the year.

Starting Times:
Athletes will be set off in waves of 10 athletes with a 10min delay between each wave. You will be able to choose your wave number on the day.
