Join the Absa RUN YOUR CITY Series Team at the fun-filled Absa RUN YOUR CITY (RYC) WARM UP RUNS powered by PUMA NITRO and come run with us as we prepare for the 2022 Absa RUN YOUR CITY JOBURG 10K.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
- Runners are invited to come run with us in each of the RYC WARM UP RUNS, powered by PUMA NITRO
- The RYC WARM UP RUNS are limited to 100 runners, per run
- Runners need to pre-register via the entry ninja entry system
- Entry is FREE
LUCKY DRAW PRIZE AT THE RYC WARM UP RUN:
Runners who complete the 5K RYC WARM UP RUN stand a chance to win:
- A PUMA Hamper to the value of R 5 000.00
- A pair of PUMA NITRO Running Shoes
- Selection of PUMA lucky draw items
How to win: To be eligible to be entered into the lucky draw, on the morning at the RYC WARM UP RUN, participants must;
- Complete the 5K run
- Collect a lucky draw ticket from the Demo Area
- Be present at the time the lucky draw takes place
