Join us on 26 November 2022 at Meerendal Wine Estate for a 5km live Rattle them Bones Fun Run
The Run will start at 9:30am as we have to allow the parkrun to finish before we may start. On the day registrations may start at 9:00am.
NOFSA wants to create awareness for Osteoporosis and bone health with this event. Your participation in this event will help our organisation to achieve this goal!!
We have raffle tickets available with your registration (on entry Ninja) for R1000 Takealot Voucher. Raffle tickets will also be sold at the event as well.
On completion of the run, you will receive a medal and there will be some branded merchandise for all registrants on arrival.

By registering for the “Rattle them Bones” Fun Run you agree not to hold the Board of NOFSA, or any sponsors, or any person assisting in the organisation, or hosting the fun run, liable for any injury or illness which you may suffer directly or indirectly as a result of participating in the fun run, or for any damage to your possessions or loss of as a result of participating in the fun run. You confirm that this special agreement is entered into for the benefit of NOFSA, the sponsors and the persons assisting in the organising and hosting of the race.
