Event takes place from 25 - 27 November 2022 anywhere you want to run!

The race that you enter for can be done at any time (in one run) over the three days. 

We will send a medal for the first, second and third place winner in each race. 

There are raffle tickets available for a R1000 Takealot gift voucher (there might be more than one voucher) 

NOFSA wants to create awareness for Osteoporosis and bone health with this event.  Your participation in this event will help our organisation to achieve this goal!!

By registering for the “Rattle them Bones” Fun Run you agree not to hold the Board of NOFSA, or any sponsors, or any person assisting in the organisation, or hosting the fun run, liable for any injury or illness which you may suffer directly or indirectly as a result of participating in the fun run, or for any damage to your possessions or loss of as a result of participating in the fun run. You confirm that this special agreement is entered into for the benefit of NOFSA, the sponsors and the persons assisting in the organising and hosting of the race.
