Come and join us for the reboot of the exciting and action packed Fastest On The Farm! Jump, sprint, carry and swing your way through the Winelands Obstacle Worx (short) course to see if you’ve got what it takes to be the fastest on the farm at Klein Joostenberg on 23 April 2023! 

We will have two adult (U/19+) options with a Male and Female category in both. 

1. Just OCR (Obstacles will be more challenging and some degree of specific training will be beneficial)

2. The Hybrids (Obstacles will be fairly doable and the course will include short bursts of Functional Fitness movements)

Both courses will be around 1km long and athletes will have two opportunities to set a time before elimination rounds will begin towards the final! Wether you are a seasoned veteran or a first-time warrior, you can give it a GO!! 

For the youngsters we will have a greater focus on FUN, development and introduction to the sport, rather than being overly competitive. Here we only offer an OCR option for both Male and Female category with two age group sections.

1. U/8-U/13 (Male or Female)

2. U/14-U/18 (Male or Female)

*Depending on numbers the categories might be adjusted closer to the time.

All official starting times will also be confirmed closer to the time and participants will be informed via email.
