RUN YOUR CITY Warm Up Runs
Join the Absa RUN YOUR CITY Series Team at the fun-filled RUN YOUR CITY (RYC) WARM UP RUNS, fueled by PUMA NITRO and come run with us as we prepare for the 2023 Absa RUN YOUR CITY TSHWANE 10K.
A mini-series of four 5K runs with the focus on PUMA NITRO footwear providing an opportunity to demo the running shoes.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
- Runners are invited to come run with us in each of the RYC WARM UP RUNS, fueled by PUMA NITRO
- Participation is FREE
- The RYC WARM UP RUNS are open to ALL (club and non club runners and walkers)
- Runners and walkers are to pre register online via the Entry Ninja link or on arrival
