Full Race - 5 Stages

Lite Race - 3 Stages 

Stages are:

For the full: Spykers, Cobra, Welvergenoegd, Patrick's Plunge, Front DH

For Lite : Spykers, Welvergenoegd and Front DH

all A-lines and B-lines will be marked clearly for safety

pre-practice allowed, but there will be no official practice

all normal Hogekraal Permit Rules apply for any pre-practicing

there will be food and drink vendors present

Information on start times and registration will be released a week before the event.

long sleeves 

gloves
