Organiser
Electric Eel
The Electric Eel Swim Series is the brain child of Jon Vickers, former Royal Marine Commando and Navy Diver. Jon coaches nippers at the Big Bay Surf Lifesaving Club as he is passionate about the ocean and wants to help others experience the power of open water swimming. Jon also offers skills clinics that include entry and exit through waves, sighting and reading currents and tides.
The aim of the swim series is to introduce a tough open water swim for those athletes wishing to swim a RI, Langebaan or False Bay swim. The swim is for you more experienced swimmers.
