BEFORE YOU ENTER
In order to score points at the Gauteng BMX Cup Series, a rider must:
- Be affiliated to a BMX Club in Gauteng.
- Hold a valid CSA Membership
- Hold a valid CSA Domestic Racing License (for rider's 17 years or older)
If a rider does not have the above in place, they will be required to purchase a Day License of R50 and no series points will be accumulated.

IMPORTANT:
- All riders must participate in official Gate practice or siting lap to ensure Registration takes place.
- On the day entries of new riders will be done between 7:30-8:15 on the day of the event
- Each rider/parent must ensure that the rider is in the correct age category. If a rider has been incorrectly listed on the moto sheets, this must be brought to the attention of the administrator before the start of the competition.
- If a rider wilfully races in the wrong class, they will forfeit all points earned for that event.
- Except as the combination rules provide, no rider is permitted to compete outside their age group unless they have obtained permission from the Gauteng BMX Commission.
- If the rider does not have a ProChip Racing Tag, a fee of R50 will be charged (NON-REFUNDABLE) for the use of a tag for the event. The tag MUST be returned after racing on the same day. We will need to trade your ID card/Licence Card to rent a transponder for the day. This will be returned once the transponder is returned.
- If you do not have a permanent race number, A R100 deposit will be charged for the use of a day board. The deposit is fully refundable once you return the day board after racing - same day!
- Online Entries close Thursday before the race at 20:00.
- A penalty fee of R100 applies to current and previously Gauteng-affiliated riders for late entries.
- Full-face helmets, gloves, and long sleeves are compulsory.
- Your safety is important to us; no rider will be allowed on the track without the required safety gear.
