Race Entry Terms and Conditions
The family fun run/walk is 5km and will be a physical event.
The family fun run/walk is open to friends and family to walk and run.
This is a fun run and not a marathon competition and therefore we are all winners no winning prize.
Kids of the ages 5 years to 11 years children should be supervised by parents/guardians.
Entries will close on 25 April 2024.
No late entries will be allowed.
Communication on event-related matters will be done via SMS. It is each entrant’s responsibility to keep their contact details up to date.
You will receive a race number on the purchase of the entry. Do not lose it.
Water stations will be situated approximately every 2.5 km on the route.
Personal seconding is not permitted except at official refreshment stations.
No private vehicles or bicycles are allowed on the route.
Pointsman/woman on the route must always be obeyed to follow the correct route.
A participant may not participate in the events whilst under the influence of alcohol, or any drug.
Do not litter or damage the environment in any way while competing in the events.
Dispose responsibly by using the bin provided or carrying them to the Finish.
Pets on leash.
Baby on pram enters for free.
You may carry your phone and make use of an app to track your kms.
EMS Dispatch ambulance will be on standby
The organizer reserves the right to refuse any person’s entry or cancel any person’s entry up to the day before the events entry closes. In that event, the person’s entry fee will be refunded.
The events may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. In such case the participant will be refunded 100% of the entry fee.

By buying an entry you hereby acknowledge and agree that:
- The information you have supplied to enter the events is true and correct.
- They are in good health, are physically fit to participate in and understand the risks associated with the events.
- They will abide by all the terms and conditions of the events and accept that they enter and participate at their own risk.
- They grant permission to the organisers to use their photographs, video tapes, broadcasts, telecasts in which they may appear free of charge.
- These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time as required by the event organizer.
Colour Run Powder Info:
We will kick start our colour fun run/walk wearing white T-shirts and by the end of the run a Tie Dye design!
Each runner will be issued a different coloured powder to be ready for the race.
Note: The coloured powder is non-toxic (food safe) dye. It is generally safe.
How do you clean up after a Color Run?
The best way to clean up after a colour run is to dust and shake it off as much as you can. After removing the powder, you can then use water and wash yourself.
The colour run powder does not stain your hair. Dust it off all the before washing with water.
