For the full: Training Camps, Freeride>Supers, Forest Frenzy, Revised, Mast>BR1>BR2>Happy Hops
For Lite : Training Camps, Freeride>Supers, Forest Frenzy
All A-lines and B-lines will be marked clearly for safety
All Stages are open for practice apart from Forest Frenzy. This will be opened for practice closer to the race date and more info will be sent out closer to the time.
All normal Contermanskloof Permit Rules apply for any pre-practicing.
Food and drinks will be available on race day
Information on start times and registration will be released a week before the event.
Registration at 6:30
Race starts at 8:00
Cutoff and End of Stage 3 is 12:00. (no one will be allowed to go up to 4 after this time)
Prize giving at 15:00
Pre registration will be taking place at Conties on Saturday from 16:00 to 18:00
Recommended Riding Gear:
knee & elbow pads
long sleeves
gloves
note this gear is not compulsory, just recommended.
NO HELMET NO RIDE (full faces optional but recommended)
