TERRAIN:

On the slopes of the Simonsberg, areas of vineyards are interspersed with areas of steep forest as well as thick fynbos.  A network of farm roads, tracks and paths cover the area.  Leg cover is recommended on the technical courses.

COURSES:

• Technical - Long:  (6km, 350m climb)  Technically difficult and physically demanding course.
• Technical - Short:  (4.2km, 210m climb)  Technically difficult but not as physically demanding.
• Trail - Long:  (4.7km, 200m climb)  Technically easier but physically demanding course. The runners course.
• Trail - Short:  (2.4km, 75m climb)  Technically easier and shorter.  Ideal for novice orienteers, children & families.

COST:

* Group entries include an additional map.  Team sizes range from 2 - 3 participants per team. The amount shown covers the entry for the entire team.
