5km Road Run will start Village Mall Schoemansville at 8h000. Participants may run or walk.

Race Entry Terms and Conditions

The family fun run/walk is 5km and will be a physical event.

The family fun run/walk is open to friends and family to walk and run.

This is a fun run and not a marathon competition and therefore we are all winners no winning prizes will be awarded.

Kids of the ages 5 years to 11 years should be supervised by parents/guardians.

Entries close on 21 July 2024 midnight. 

No late entries will be allowed.

Communication on event-related matters will be done via SMS. 

It is each entrant’s responsibility to keep their contact details up to date.

You will receive a race number on the purchase of the entry. Do not lose it. 

Water stations will be situated approximately every 2.5 km on the route.

Personal seconding is not permitted except at official refreshment stations. 

No private vehicles or bicycles are allowed on the route.

Points man/woman on the route must always be obeyed to follow the correct route. 

A participant may not participate in the event whilst under the influence of alcohol, or any drug.

Do not litter or damage the environment in any way while competing in the event. 

Dispose responsibly by using the bin provided or carrying them to the Finish. 

Pets on leash. 

Baby on pram enters for free. 

You may carry your phone and make use of an app (STRAVA) to track your kms. 

EMS will be on standby.

The organizer reserves the right to refuse any person’s entry or cancel any person’s entry up to the day before the events entry closes. In that event, the person’s entry fee will be refunded.

The event may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. In such case the participant will be refunded 100% of the entry fee. 

By buying an entry you hereby acknowledge and agree that:

The information you have supplied to enter the event is true and correct.

You are in good health, are physically fit to participate and understand the risks associated with the event.

You will abide by all the terms and conditions of the event and accept that you enter and participate at their own risk.

You grant permission to the organizers to use your photographs, video tapes, broadcasts, telecasts in which they may appear free of charge.

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time as required by the event organizer
