TERRAIN:
A mix of moderate to steep mountain trails, open fynbox and forested area.
COURSES:
- Technical - Long: (7.4km, 305m climb) Technically difficult and physically demanding course.
- Technical - Short: (4.2km, 165m climb) Technically difficult but not as physically demanding.
- Trail - Long: (5.8km, 235m climb) Technically easier but physically demanding course. The runners course.
- Trail - Short: (2.6km, 75m climb) Technically easier and shorter. Ideal for novice orienteers, children & families.
