Welcome (back) to the ultimate test of endurance, strength, and agility – our revamped endurance event that challenges the toughest Hybrid athletes to their core. For the past two years, competitors have braved the grueling sequence of running and various disciplines. This year, we are elevating the challenge with a new, dynamic format designed to push your limits like never before.

The event now features 12 meticulously selected disciplines, divided into three distinct sections: Strength, Agility, and Endurance. Each section is a true test of an athlete’s prowess in different fitness domains, ensuring victory will only be earned by those with true grit.

The journey begins with the Strength section, testing the endurance of your muscles and your ability to power through fatigue.

Participants then enter the Agility section. Here, explosive movements and high-intensity exercises await. This section is a brutal examination of functional fitness, requiring speed, agility, and stamina.

Athletes transition into the final challenge: Endurance. This section is the ultimate test of coordination, strength, and mental toughness.

Prepare to face an unmatched physical challenge in a competitive yet supportive environment. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or a newcomer ready to test your limits, this event promises to push you beyond what you thought possible. Sign up now and be part of an unforgettable fitness experience, specifically designed for hybrid athletes!

There are no restrictions on which of the team members completes which stations or running laps, as long as all disciplines and running are performed and completed by one person. Team participants, however, are not allowed to assist each other at any stage; otherwise, they will be deemed disqualified. In the case of disqualification, the team will still be allowed to complete the remainder of the event but will not be eligible for podium positions.)
Format:

Athletes will be set off in waves with a 15-20 minute delay between each wave.

All races will start with a buy-in run, after which you will immediately start with that discipline sequence, transferring to the next discipline sequence until all the discipline sequences have been completed.

In-between each discipline, participants are required to run the set-out running route before moving on to the next discipline. The athlete will be considered “finished” as soon as all the disciplines in each sequence along with the running (14 laps) is completed.

Timing:

Athletes will be timed individually according to their allocated BIB number (which should be visible at all times). BIB numbers will either be assigned upon the first event sign-up. This bib number will stay your unique bib number for the season.

Penalties:

If a participant is not able to fully complete any of the disciplines or running with the required movement standards without any assistance, the participant will be considered disqualified. The participant will, however, still be allowed to complete the event in order to get a time, but will not be considered for the podium.
