Obstacle Course Racing - Jump, climb Crawl, Hang and get DIRTY!

1. Obstacle course racing (OCR) is a sport in which a competitor, traveling on foot, must overcome various physical challenges in the form of obstacles. The urban OCR series will take place close to home and you may need to run through your neighborhood in an Urban setting crossing different man-made or natural challenges/obstacles along the way.

This race will be our first ever 3km Obstacle Race at Be Human

For the 3 km competitors will start racing together in Batches over a course of 3km overcoming several obstacles along the way - up to 20 obstacles/challenges may come in your way along the route. This will be a fast and furious race to the end.

We will have 2 batches:

Batch 1 for the Elites that will be competing for the Podium Spots  - Ladies & Men

Batch 2 Will be for our weekend Warriors, the OCR enthusiasts who will come and challenge themselves over this fun obstacle course.

(Additional Batches may be added depending on number of entrants...)

Special Kiddies Category Available

Top 3 Ladies and top 3 men will receive podium spots. (Irrespective Age)

What to expect on race day:
Arrive at least 30minutes before your start time.

This gives you plenty of time to park, pick up your race number, and get warmed up.

Registration opens at 7:00 am
Race will start @ 8:00 am

(Batches every 5 minutes - Final Schedule will be published closer to the event Date)

We will have a variety coffees & Hot Drinks, something to eat and cold beers on tap!

WHAT TO WEAR
Dress in performance gear (not cotton). Think compression bottoms and breathable tops made from water wicking material. Wear comfortable shoes that you’ve trained in, but beware, they are going to get dirty.
