Early bird package : R180, includes a free t-shirt and personalized Comrades coffee mug (Only first 1000 entries)
Late entries will be accepted on the day from 4am until 6am ( no free t shirt or mug)
Run laps of 15km , up to 60km
Fully stocked refreshments stations every 3km
All runners will run with a race bib
This event will not be timed , it is not a race but rather a training run
There are no prizes or medals
"The ultimate Comrades preparation run, 5 weeks out from Comrades, giving runners an opportunity to test their Comrades fueling, gear, and nutrition"
