All Mountain and Boschendal Hospitality invite you to join us for the second night of the Full Moon Hike in March.

🌕✨ Join Us for a Magical Full Moon Hike Through the Vineyards! 🌕✨ 

On Friday, 14 March, at 18:00, we’ll gather near The Retreat @ Boschendal (opposite the Pniel road from Boschendal Village) to embark on a serene 4km hike up to the Viewpoint. This easy-to-moderate route leads to a breathtaking Viewpoint where we’ll watch the sunset and moonrise. 

Please do not enter the Boschendal Werf, where the Friday Night Market takes place; we are on the opposite side of the road.

Pack your picnic pack and wine glass for a serene evening under the stars. Finish the evening with a delightful stroll down the fairy trail back to the meeting point.

Please dress in appropriate hiking apparel and shoes with a windbreaker so you are comfortable at the lookout point where we will wait for the moon to rise.

The outing lasts up to four hours, and we descend well after sunset. Please remember your headlamp or torch.

Full moon hikes are limited to the first 100 hikers, so please enter early to avoid disappointment.

Pensioners receive an automatic R20 discount; remember the walking stick   - R150

Children under 14 hike for FREE

What to bring

• Headlamp (Compulsory) for the hike
• A windbreaker and a beanie are well advised.
• Snacks and water. A selection of Boschendal wines are available at the View Point
• Your hike/wine cup/glass
