Anti-Clockwise 

Long 17.5km - Elevation 440m

Short 10km - Elevation 200m 

Short Route follows Long Route, but takes a short-cut between kilometer 2 and 8.

Day 2:

Clock-Wise 

Long 17km - Elevation 225m

Short 10km - Elevation 120m

Short Route follows Long Route, but takes a short-cut between kilometer 7 and 13.
