Tergniet is a beautiful, clean and open beach with wonderful views, a very popular holiday destination. Families enjoy safe swimming and a tidal pool to splash around in. Welcome to join us while we embark on this 10km coastal walk during low tide exploring the beauty of nature and make new friends!

? Sunscreen

? Hat/head gear

? Suitable non-slip shoes

? Snacks

? Lightweight windproof jacket

? Fleece/midlayer depending the weather

? Your own emergency items, such as bandage, small petroleum jelly, blister plasters, etc

Fingerless gloves, hiking poles, beanie, buffs, sunglasses.
